This document represents a binding contractual agreement between SuperSonic Online (herein referred to as "the Company") and the customer or reseller (herein referred to as "the Client").

Unsolicited Bulk Email

In accordance with the Canadian Bill C-28 and American CAN-SPAM Act, the Company has a zero-tolerance policy for transmission of unsolicited bulk email. By applying for services from the Company, the Client agrees:

  1. That the Client shall not attempt to "harvest" or otherwise acquire email addresses, names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information (herein collectively referred to as "Personal Information") without individual consent.
  2. That the Client will not distribute or market Personal Information to ANY third party.
  3. That the Client shall not in any way attempt to contact any non-consenting individual for marketing purposes, or employ a third party to do the same.
  4. That the Client shall not attempt to contact any non-consenting individual for purposes related to scam, fraud, extortion, or any other criminal activity, or employ a third party to do the same.
  5. The Client shall not employ an automated bot or script to perform any of the above actions.
  6. The client may not allow their hosted services to be used to perform any of the above actions through neglect (such as through a security exploit in code)

Mailing Lists

The Company permits the use of mailing lists to contact consenting individuals, persuant to the following conditions:

  1. All list emails must provide clear and visible opt-out instructions.
  2. All opt-out functions and/or instructions must be functional and must not retain ANY data provided.
  3. Mailing list subscriptions must not be enabled by default and/or must assume no subscription, should a Yes/No answer not be provided by the end-user.
  4. Mailing list subscriptions must be clearly labeled.
  5. Mailing list subscriptions may not be used as a vessel to gain market value in exchange for allowing the end-user access to other resources provided by the Client.


Upon receipt of a complaint of an account in violation of any of the above terms, said account shall be immediately investigated. Accounts in first violation of this agreement shall be suspended. Any material not found to be compliant with this agreement must be removed before account services will be resumed. Further violations will result in termination of related account. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages or loss of revenue as a result of suspension/terminantion.
