SuperSonic Online uses the SPAMAssassin anti-spam filter in conjunction with numerous blacklists to help keep our clients spam-free.
Incoming email is inspected and given a spam score based on a set of pre-determined rules. Any email that scores above a 7 is marked as SPAM. Such emails will have [SuperSonic Online Detected SPAM] in the subject. The email body is replaced with a summary, with the original email attached.
While intelligent, this, like all other spam filters, is not 100% accurate. Some legitimate emails can end up marked as SPAM, while other SPAM emails might get missed.
In the event that you do receive a SPAM email that is not marked as such, we encourage you to forward the full email to spam@supersonic-online.net.
Genuine email marked as spam will contain an email address to which you can forward the incorrectly flagged email. Please see the SPAM summaries in the individual mail for directions on where to forward the email.
