The email account dialog box for our email system is packed with controls and options to cater to various different users. These options are divided into tabs for simplicity.

User tab: Basic account settings and descriptions, including username and password.

Mailbox tab: Account quotas, limits, and relaying settings.

Options tab: Account delivery and expiration settings.

Miscellaneous Tab: Contains settings for spam filter and service access.

Responder Tab: Contains settings pertaining to the auto-responder functions

B&W Tab: Contains settings for the individual user's Black- and White-lists
